INTERNAL PRODUCT — DO NOT LIST OR FULFILL AS A STANDALONE PRODUCT

This product holds delivery/installation service variants for STEPR
equipment. Variants are referenced by ID via the
`custom.delivery_options` JSON metafield on each STEPR product.

Tier reference (as of [DATE]):
- Curbside Tier 1:        $0     (originally $359, included free)
- Threshold Tier 1:       $0     (originally $399, included free)
- Room-of-Choice Tier 1:  $719
- Room-of-Choice Tier 2:  $799
- White Glove Tier 1:     $799
- White Glove Tier 2:     $999
- White Glove Tier 3:     $1,199

When STEPR pricing changes:
1. Edit the variant price here
2. Verify the metafield JSON on each STEPR product still references the
   correct tier (no metafield change needed unless tier counts change)

When adding a new STEPR product:
1. Determine which tiers apply (consult STEPR's delivery options sheet)
2. Set custom.delivery_options metafield on the new product, referencing
   the variant IDs from this product

Shipping & Delivery

  • 1. Order Confirmation

    Right after checkout you receive an email summarizing your purchase, billing & shipping details, and order number. Keep this message handy—it’s your receipt and first reference point.

  • 2. Processing

    Our team verifies payment, allocates stock, and preps the paperwork. If anything stalls (e.g., back‑order), we’ll reach out by phone or email with options.

  • 3. Packing & Labeling

    Products are securely boxed or palletized, then matched with the best carrier: small parcels go UPS/FedEx/USPS; bulky items ride LTL freight. Lead‑time estimates live on every product page.

  • 4. Shipping & Tracking

    As soon as your label prints, you’ll get a “Shipment on the way” email with tracking and a Bill of Lading (for freight). Follow the link to watch each scan in real time.

  • 5. Delivery

    • Small packages: arrive at your door with no signature required.
    • Freight: the local terminal calls to book a curbside appointment. Be present to sign, inspect, and note any damage before the driver leaves.
  • 6. Inspection, Support & Setup

    Open every box within 2‑3 days. If parts are missing or damaged, snap photos/video and email help@myfitnessoutlet.com—we’ll fast‑track replacements. Need assembly? Confirm your service date or tackle setup yourself.
