Return Policy

At My Fitness Outlet, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Please review the details below to understand eligibility, timelines, fees, and how refunds are issued.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible condition

We accept returns for new products only. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Never used
  • Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to start a return

Returns are processed by mail. To start a return, contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

  1. Contact us at help@myfitnessoutlet.com or call (855) 512-6670 with your order number and return reason.
  2. Receive return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.
  3. Mail your return using a carrier of your choice and provide tracking when available.
Important: Returns must be shipped back within the 30-day return window. Items returned outside this window, or not in new condition, may be refused.

Return shipping

Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility. This means you are responsible for purchasing the return label and paying return shipping costs.

Note: For large or freight items, return shipping can be expensive. We recommend reviewing dimensions and specs before ordering.

Restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns. The restocking fee is calculated as 10% of the product price at the time of purchase and may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets the new condition requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Refund method: Issued to the original payment method
  • Refund amount: Product price minus the 10% restocking fee (and any non-refundable shipping charges, if applicable)

Note: Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund after it is issued.

Defective or damaged items

We accept returns for defective products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue through the appropriate return process.

  • Report timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for visible freight/ship damage whenever possible.
  • Freight deliveries: Inspect before signing and note visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may be refused if the item is not eligible, including (but not limited to):

  • Items that are used, opened, assembled, or installed
  • Items missing original packaging or parts
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, it may not be eligible for cancellation and would need to follow the return process (if eligible).
