Shipping policy
My Fitness Outlet is a direct-ship retailer. We do not stock products in our own warehouse. Instead, your order ships directly from the manufacturer (or an authorized distribution warehouse) to help ensure you receive brand-new equipment and the most accurate availability.

- Handling time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: 1–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Estimated total delivery time: 2–10 business days (handling + transit; adjusted for public holidays)
- Free standard shipping on most U.S. orders (upgraded delivery may cost extra)
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after the cutoff (or on weekends/holidays) begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Handling time is the time between your order being placed (relative to the cutoff time) and when the shipment is handed off to the carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it leaves the manufacturer. Transit time is typically 1–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days (handling + transit). If delivery occurs over a public holiday, the estimate will adjust accordingly.
Shipping Methods
Shipping method is determined by product size, weight, and packaging. All products are carefully inspected and ship directly from the manufacturer (or an authorized distribution warehouse).
Parcel / Ground Delivery (Smaller Items)
- Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (varies by product and location)
- Tracking: Full tracking provided via email
- Transit time: Typically within the 1–7 business day window after shipment
Freight / LTL Delivery (Large Equipment)
Large items (such as power racks, functional trainers, saunas, and treadmills) may ship via freight carrier (LTL - Less Than Truckload).
- Carriers: National and regional freight carriers (e.g., ABF Freight, Estes, XPO Logistics, or equivalent)
- Delivery Type: Curbside delivery (standard) or Threshold/White Glove (additional fee, if available)
- Scheduling: Freight carriers typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (phone number required)
- Timing: Freight deliveries are included in our estimated delivery window when possible; however, delivery appointments and remote locations may extend delivery timing.
Shipping Rates
FREE Standard Shipping (Most U.S. Orders): We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the United States. Optional upgraded delivery services (such as Threshold or White Glove delivery) may include an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout (if available) or quoted upon request.
Note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico) may incur additional shipping charges and/or longer transit times depending on product and destination.
Delivery Options for Large Equipment
Curbside Delivery (Standard - Included)
- Driver delivers to the curb or end of driveway
- Customer is responsible for moving equipment inside
- Liftgate service included when needed
Threshold Delivery (Additional Fee, If Available)
- Driver delivers to first dry area (garage, covered porch, inside front door)
- Does not include stairs or placement in a specific room
- Additional $75–$150+ depending on item weight and destination
White Glove Delivery (Additional Fee, If Available)
- Delivery team brings equipment to room of choice
- Basic assembly/setup included (where offered by the carrier/service level)
- Packaging removal (where offered)
- Additional $150–$400+ depending on item and location
To add Threshold or White Glove delivery, please contact us after placing your order or select the option at checkout if available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. Some products may have destination restrictions based on manufacturer limitations.
Alaska & Hawaii
Additional shipping charges may apply for certain remote areas. Freight delivery is limited in some locations. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering large items.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for items requiring signature or freight delivery. Please provide a physical street address.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name
- Link to track your shipment
For freight shipments, the carrier may also contact you directly (usually by phone) to schedule your delivery appointment. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Delivery Tips for Large Equipment
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
- Clear a path from the delivery point to the final equipment location
- Measure doorways, hallways, and staircases before ordering
- Have someone available to help move heavy items
- Inspect all packages thoroughly before signing
- Keep all packaging until you've fully inspected the equipment
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High order volume
- Manufacturer backorders or inventory allocation
- Public holidays (delivery estimates adjust accordingly)
