Purchase Orders
My Fitness Outlet offers NET30 payment terms (via purchase order) for fitness equipment purchases from:
- Public or state-funded schools
- Colleges and universities
- Military and armed forces
- Federal, state, or local government agencies
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
All other customers must prepay through our online checkout or by mailing a check. In some cases, we may extend NET30 terms to other organizations—please contact us to discuss eligibility.

Required Information
To process your purchase order, please make sure it includes:
- Purchase order number
- Official letterhead
- Product names, quantities, and prices
- Total order amount
- “Bill To” address
- “Ship To” address
- Phone number (for delivery scheduling)
- Email address (for order confirmation and tracking updates)
- Email address for the person responsible for invoice processing and payment
- Payment terms: NET30
