What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and USDC on the Base network. Business buyers can also pay by ACH or wire transfer, and qualified organizations can order by purchase order on Net 30 terms.

Do you price-match or offer a price guarantee?

Yes. We match a lower price from an authorized dealer for the same brand, model and condition, in stock, compared on total price including shipping and tax. Send us the link before you order or within 14 days after. Unauthorized or gray-market sellers, auction sites and used or refurbished listings don't qualify. And if we lower an item's price within 60 days of your order, we'll refund the difference. See our Price Guarantee.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is priced by brand, weight and destination, and your exact cost shows at checkout before you pay. Many brands ship free, and we never add freight charges after you order. Threshold and White Glove delivery cost extra, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may have added charges; we'll confirm before processing. See our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

You can return new, unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, and you pay return shipping. Full details are in our Refund Policy. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
