i set it up by myself; it's not hard at all for a handy person. quality product and seems to perform well. we usually play some relaxing music while doing the sauna, through the bluetooth speakers connected to the phone. cons: it takes a long time to heat up to the desired temperature. for example at least 30 minutes to 140F. so plan ahead (and waste some electricity).

I currently own a Gold's Home Gym System and decided to take a chance on this and mcgyver it onto the unit as I hate doing squats on my home gym. To my surprise, the base tubing slide perfectly into the bottom base tubing of the Gold's Gym and I was able to secure it into place with some chain linked to the bottom of the stopper on the leg press attachment and a nut on one of the screws at the base of the Gold's Gym. I have been using this setup now for almost a year without any problems. This attachment is pretty sturdy and works fantastic for both leg presses and calf extensions. It can be a bit wobbly but once you get the weight on it holds in place very well. I have maxed out the 125 lbs of racks + resistance on my home gym without any sort of issue. Overall, a good purchase that does exactly what I wanted it to do.

This sauna was so easy to assemble and took less than an hour to put it together. It fits two people comfortably. I wish ours had Bluetooth capability but instead came with an aux cord. Not a problem as we already have Bluetooth speakers in our gym but it would have been nice to play spa music in the sauna via Bluetooth while another family member was using the gym speakers. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic purchase and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Cannot believe I only paid $3k for this! Saved me a ton of money vs. having to build an outdoor sauna. Plus, I'm a huge fan of the deep healing benefits that the infrared provides & the Bluetooth speakers that allow me to relax with some meditating music while I sweat. It's heavy & you'll need a second person to help you get the boxes into the house but once everything is unboxed it is ridiculously easy to put together. Huge deal!

This sauna blanket truly impressed me. This certainly compares to the relief that I feel after a traditional sauna session, but at a fraction of the price. Using the blanket is also much more portable so I don't have to worry about where I would like to take my sauna experience. Construction is also top notch quality, I'm sure ill be able to have this for many years to come.
