We work to keep our prices competitive. If you find a lower price, we'll match it, and if our own price drops after you buy, we'll refund the difference.
Price Match
Found a lower price from an authorized dealer? We'll match it. To qualify:
- The item must be the same brand, model and condition, and in stock.
- We compare the total price, including shipping and tax.
- Send us the link before you order, or within 14 days after.
Unauthorized or gray-market sellers, auction sites, and used or refurbished listings don't qualify.
Price-Drop Protection
If we lower an item's price within 60 days of your order, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. Clearance items and discount codes don't qualify.
How to Claim
Email help@myfitnessoutlet.com with your order number (if you've already ordered) and a link to the lower price or the item. We'll check the price and reply within 1 business day.
