Effective Ab Bench for Core Strength and Results

Bought this Ab Bench about a year ago, use it at least 5 times per week

It really helped me isolate and develop core muscles, get slimmer waist, a lot more strength, get rid of back pain and back sprains

IMHO, core is the most important part of the body to exercise and this product really helps

Great Stability and Easy Setup Ab Bench

I spent way too long choosing which ab board / sit-up bench to buy, and even considered making my own. In the end I went with the PowerLine PAB139X and I am glad that I did.

It arrived quickly thanks to Amazon Prime and was pretty well packed. There were a few painted pieces that had minor scuffs, but the company was smart enough to include touch-up paint. Also, two of the round roller pads had flat spots on them from being squashed (or is that squished?) in the box. I'm pretty picky so I called the company and they sent me 2 replacement pads with no questions asked. Putting it together was pretty much a no-brainer and took about 15 minutes.

As for functionality, after I put it together I thought the bench looked a little small. However, I am a 5' 10" male (short legs and tall torso) and it fits me just fine. My head is at least 6 inches from the floor if I lay completely flat on the bench, so I am thinking this bench would work just fine for people up to 6' 3" or so. The ab bench is also very comfortable to use, and best of all is very stable with no movement even while fighting to get those last few sit-ups in.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase and feel comfortable recommending it to others.
