Products are securely boxed or palletized, then matched with the best carrier: small parcels go UPS/FedEx/USPS; bulky items ride LTL freight. Lead‑time estimates live on every product page.
4. Shipping & Tracking

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. We charge no restocking fees. Do you provide inside delivery or assembly?

Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. Room-of-choice delivery, white-glove setup, and packaging haul-away can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability and location. Ask us at checkout or before your shipment reaches the local terminal.
