About TRX® Freestanding Bay Systems

You need an anchoring solution that adapts as your facility grows. TRX® Freestanding Bay Systems turn empty floor space into a training hub for suspension, strength, and storage—all without wall mounts or complex construction. Choose the exact configuration that fits your footprint today and expand later with modular shelves, attachments, and accessories.

Design a Layout That Fits Your Space

Create a clear training flow whether you operate a boutique studio or a high-traffic gym. Each freestanding bay arrives ready to stand alone or connect in line, giving you total freedom to position equipment where members move best.

  • Single, Double, Triple, and Quad Bays cover footprints from 50 in to 202 in wide
  • Power Bay options add barbell and plate storage without extra rigs
  • All models stand 96.5 in–97 in tall with a 47 in–73 in depth

Add Storage Without Sacrificing Training Area

Keep floors clutter-free. Pair any bay with TRX Studio Line™ shelving and attachments so straps, kettlebells, and med balls live right where you coach—all within arm’s reach yet never underfoot.

  • Integrated mounting points for shelves, hooks, and pegs
  • Optional plate horns and bar catches on Power Bay models
  • No holes in walls or ceiling required

Scale Group Sessions in Seconds

Clip Suspension Trainers™ to multiple anchor points and run circuits for four, eight, or twelve members at once. More anchor space means higher class capacity and more revenue per square foot.

  • Multiple anchor zones per frame support concurrent users
  • Quad Bay accommodates large-team boot camps
  • Anchor height keeps straps clear of ground traffic

Stand Up to Daily Wear and Tear

Every weld, bolt, and powder-coat finish is engineered for heavy commercial traffic. Five-year warranty coverage backs your investment so you coach with confidence season after season.

  • Sturdy steel verte tubes with wide base plates
  • Corrosion-resistant finish for indoor or covered-outdoor use
  • Non-marring feet protect flooring

Install Quickly, Relocate Easily

No need to shut down the floor for long renovations. Each bay ships with clear instructions and minimal hardware. When it’s time to refresh your layout, simply unbolt, slide, and set it in a new spot.

  • Tool-friendly fasteners; most frames assemble in under an hour
  • Freestanding design avoids permanent anchors
  • Fits through standard double doors for moves between rooms

Combine Bays for Multi-Purpose Training

Link Power and Suspension Bays into hybrid stations that support everything from pull-ups to Olympic lifts. Members rotate smoothly between modalities while coaches manage the entire session from one central zone.

  • Power + Single Bay: 98 in wide footprint for compact hybrid work
  • Power + Double Bay: 146 in wide for mid-size teams
  • Power + Triple Bay: 202 in wide for full-scale group programs

Future-Proof Your Facility

Your business evolves, and your equipment should keep pace. Start with a Single Bay today, then add shelves, hooks, or additional bays as membership climbs. One system grows with you, saving both budget and downtime.

  • Modular add-ons attach with simple hardware swaps
  • Consistent 47 in–73 in depth across models simplifies floor planning
  • Five-year frame warranty ensures long-term reliability
