Warranty Information — Pro Plunge

Coldture Wellness stands behind the quality and durability of its cold-plunge products. Every Pro Plunge tub and chiller is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential conditions. Coldture Wellness, at its discretion, will repair or replace any verified defect. Proof of purchase is required and claims may be denied if foul play is suspected.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser (or the gift recipient) for both residential and commercial use. It excludes damage from chemical abuse, poor water chemistry, neglected filter care, power outages, low water flow, restricted air flow, water leaks, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Read the Limited Warranty carefully for full coverage details.

Coverage Terms

• Shell Surface: Up to 3 years against blistering, cracking, delamination (chemical damage excluded).
• Chiller Unit & Components: Up to 2 years on chiller, compressor, control panel, pump (chemical damage excluded).
• Ozone Generator: Up to 2 years.
• Plumbing: Up to 2 years against leaks (chemical damage excluded).
• Thermos Cover: 1 year.
• Plastic Components: 1 year on jets and suction covers (chemical damage excluded).
• LED Lights & Logos: 1 year labor.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty period starts on delivery. It does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, lime scale, or chemical abuse. Coldture Wellness may use factory or re-manufactured parts. Labor, transport, crane fees, or access costs are not covered. Alterations, improper installation, voltage issues, operation with low water, abrasive cleaners, acts of God, incidental or consequential damages, commercial modifications, and normal wear and tear are excluded. Warranty is void if recommended maintenance protocols are not followed.

• Warranty claims will not be compensated for delays or loss of use.
• Coldture Wellness may update warranty terms; customers will be notified.
• Exterior operation is safe to −10 °C/14 °F; protect the chiller from direct rain and keep connections dry.

Coldture Wellness warrants Classic & Barrel plunge tubs and chillers against defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential conditions for the original purchaser (or gift recipient). Claims require proof of purchase and may be denied if foul play is suspected.

Coverage Terms

• Structural Tub: 1 year.
• Chiller Structure & Internal Components: 1 year.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty begins on delivery and excludes misuse, poor maintenance, chemical abuse, lime scale, improper installation, voltage issues, operation with low water, abrasive cleaners, acts of God, incidental or consequential damages, transport or crane costs, and any modification without written consent. Warranty is void if recommended maintenance protocols are ignored.

Important Notes

Coldture Wellness may replace defective parts with new or re-manufactured parts and may reimburse the product price if repair is not feasible. Customers should read and understand the full Limited Warranty; terms may be updated with notice.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact My Fitness Outlet LLC first.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions if a return is required.
  4. You must pre-pay freight and insure the shipment; My Fitness Outlet cannot accept freight-collect packages.

Note: Any alteration, forgery, or absence of proof-of-purchase will void this warranty.
