You don’t need a long reset between movements. With a two‑pin system and a 4‑hole pattern, you can dial pad height quickly to match your leg length. The standalone design also works as a foot holder for crunches or as a backrest when paired with Axis Pad® leg curl/extension work. One attachment, many uses, zero wasted time.

Durable build and clear compatibility

Thick UHMW protection, a black powder coat, and a solid frame handle daily training without chewing up your uprights. It’s sized for 3" x 3" posts with 5/8" holes and 4" spacing. It is not compatible with Elite or Prime pulley systems or the PRx Elite Pulley System for lat pulldowns. Know it fits, set it once, and get back to work.
