30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at help@myfitnessoutlet.com or call (855) 512-6670 with your order number and reason for return.

We review your request and issue an RMA number within 1–2 business days.

Receive instructions (return address + shipping guidelines) once approved.

Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA, packed securely in original packaging.

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Important: Do not return items without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Note: For large/freight items, return shipping costs can be significant ($100–$500+). We recommend reviewing product dimensions and specifications before ordering.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns:

Standard items (under 150 lbs): No restocking fee if returned in original, unopened condition

Large/freight items (over 150 lbs): 15% restocking fee may apply

Opened/assembled items: 15–25% restocking fee based on condition

Special order or custom items: 25% restocking fee may apply (see Non-Returnable Items)
Restocking fees help cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been assembled or installed
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping
- Custom or special order items (ordered specifically for you)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items without original packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened (certain recovery equipment)
- Items returned after 30 days
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will email you to confirm receipt and inspection results
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear (bank dependent)
Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable).
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Document the issue with photos immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours at help@myfitnessoutlet.com
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Freight Deliveries: Please inspect all packages before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork. This protects your ability to file a damage claim.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different item? Here's how:
- Contact us to initiate an exchange request
- If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference
- Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns
For faster service, you may also place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order?
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- After 24 hours, orders may have already shipped and cannot be cancelled
- If your order has shipped, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received

Warranty Claims
All products sold by My Fitness Outlet include the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product.
For warranty issues after the 30-day return window:
- Contact us with your order number, product details, and description of the issue
- We will help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer
- Warranty repairs/replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer
