Frequently asked questions
Which VersaClimber should I pick for connected, instructor‑led training?
The TS-Magnetic pairs adjustable magnetic resistance (11 levels) with a WiFi/Bluetooth touchscreen, VC Connect classes, leaderboards, and rich workout metrics.
Do I need a special outlet or WiFi to use these?
Touchscreen models use a standard 110V household outlet; the TS-Magnetic and SM-Magnetic also offer a rechargeable battery option for cord-free setups. The H-Bluetooth Home model does not require WiFi.
How much ceiling height should I plan for?
Allow clearance for a frame height of about 7′10″ plus a few inches of overhead room for comfortable arm reach and ventilation.
Can I wall‑mount or store these compactly?
TS-Magnetic supports free-standing, floor-mount, or wall-mount setups. Select models work with an optional stackable rolling base so multiple units store in a small footprint.
Are these truly low‑impact?
Yes—VersaClimber machines provide a zero-impact, contra-lateral motion pattern that’s joint-friendly while engaging the full body.
Do you support setup and selection?
Yes—we’re here to help you choose the right model for your space and goals, and we offer delivery guidance with Fast & Free Shipping.
