Warranty
Every product we sell comes with its manufacturer's full warranty, at no extra cost. My Fitness Outlet is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so your warranty is the same as if you had bought directly from the manufacturer.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
You can contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us and we'll coordinate the claim, parts and repairs with them for you.
- Contact us with your order number and a description or photos of the problem.
- Have your proof of purchase ready (order confirmation or receipt).
- If a return is required, we'll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Prepay and insure any return shipment; we can't accept freight-collect packages.

Any alteration, forgery or absence of proof of purchase will void a warranty. Warranty terms for most products are listed on each product page; terms for the brands below are summarized here.
Muscle D Fitness
Muscle D Fitness warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. During the warranty period, Muscle D Fitness will repair or replace the product at its option. Register your product with Muscle D Fitness within 30 days of purchase to receive warranty service.
Repair or replacement is your exclusive remedy, and repaired or replaced parts are covered for the rest of the original warranty period. To make a claim, notify Muscle D Fitness or an authorized dealer, such as us, within 30 days of discovering the problem and complete the Muscle D Customer Service Request Form. - Megatron multi-function line: 10 years structural (frame and welds); 1 year moving parts and wear items (pulleys, cables, bushings, bearings, grips); 90 days paint, upholstery and cosmetic items; 90 days labor on all mechanical parts.
- Free-weight equipment: 10 years structural; 1 year moving parts and wear items; 90 days paint, upholstery and cosmetic items; 90 days labor on all mechanical parts.

- Olympic and utility bars: 10 years structural; 3 years moving parts (sleeve parts and rotation); 90 days coating, knurling and cosmetic items.
- Weights: 5 years structural on urethane dumbbells, fixed barbells and Olympic plates; 3 years structural on rubber dumbbells, fixed barbells and Olympic plates; 1 year structural on bumper plates, hex dumbbells and kettlebells; 60 days paint, knurling and cosmetic items.
- Accessory equipment: 10 years structural (solid parts); 2 years mechanical components; 1 year grips; 90 days coating, knurling and cosmetic items.
- Flooring: 5 years structural.
