TRX Warranty Coverage

Policy effective November 3, 2025. The terms below are calculated from the purchase date and apply to authentic TRX products sold by TRX, its affiliates, or an official distributor. Product registration is required before making a Superior Quality Warranty claim.

No Superior Quality Warranty is listed for: apparel, hats, bags, training mats, foam rollers, gloves, nutrition, and products TRX categorizes as “other.” Statutory rights may still apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Important Coverage Conditions

• Coverage applies to genuine products sold through TRX or an authorized distributor, dealer, or retailer.
• The Superior Quality Warranty does not cover accidents, neglect, modification, misuse, improper use, abnormal environmental exposure, impact damage, normal wear, cosmetic surface damage that does not materially affect function, expected color changes, or continued use after a defect is discovered.
• Depending on the jurisdiction, the current warranty or the warranty in effect at the time of purchase may control.
• TRX determines whether an approved claim is resolved through repair, replacement, credit, or refund, subject to applicable law.
