Do you offer a money‑back guarantee?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. We charge no restocking fees. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless otherwise authorized in writing). To start a return, email help@myfitnessoutlet.com with your order number and photos of the unopened packaging.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All products include the manufacturer’s warranty (typically at least one year, with longer coverage for certain components such as frames or motors). We are an authorized dealer for the brands we sell and can assist with warranty claims—contact help@myfitnessoutlet.com.

Will you price‑match another store?

Can I finance my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing: 1–3 business days. Transit: typically 1–7 business days for small parcels and 5–10 business days for freight/LTL; deliveries to AK, HI & PR may take longer. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

You may change or cancel at no cost any time before the order ships. Once a tracking number or Bill of Lading (BOL) is issued, the order can no longer be canceled and standard return terms apply. Made-to-order, custom, non-returnable items, and custom quotes/purchase orders generally cannot be canceled after 24 hours from purchase.

Do you provide inside delivery or assembly?

Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. Room-of-choice delivery, white-glove setup, and packaging haul-away can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability and location. Ask us at checkout or before your shipment reaches the local terminal.

Do you give discounts on bulk or commercial orders?

What if I don't like it?

Damaged or defective on arrival? Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. For freight/LTL, note any visible damage on the BOL before signing and take photos/video. For parcel shipments, report visible damage within 7 days. We’ll first work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts; if the issue cannot be resolved, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days under this policy.
