What is the weight capacity?

The rack is rated for 1,500 lb. The included J-cups carry their own 1,000 lb rating.

Will this rack fit in my garage?

It stands 90 in tall and 48 in wide, with an assembled weight of 596 lb. Measure your ceiling height and floor space against those numbers before ordering.

Are safeties and J-cups included?

Yes. The package includes flip-down safeties and J-cups rated at 1,000 lb. Plate storage is optional and sold separately.

Does it come with floor anchors?

Floor anchoring is included. The frame assembles with industrial lock-tight hardware: 1 in bolts with 36 mm heads.

When will it ship?

It ships by LTL freight from the manufacturer's US warehouse. We send your order to the manufacturer right away and confirm the ship date with you. Installation is not offered.

What is the warranty?

The mainframe is covered for life and wearables for 2 years. Full terms are in the XMARK warranty PDF.

    As soon as your label prints, you’ll get a “Shipment on the way” email with tracking and a Bill of Lading (for freight). Follow the link to watch each scan in real time.

    • Small packages: arrive at your door with no signature required.
    • Freight: the local terminal calls to book a curbside appointment. Be present to sign, inspect, and note any damage before the driver leaves.

  • 3. Inspection, Support & Setup

    Inspect every shipment before you sign for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If anything is missing or damaged, email photos and your order number to help@myfitnessoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with the carrier and manufacturer on a replacement, repair or refund.
