The Synergee 1-inch barbell is a specialty multipurpose bar in chrome-finished steel, rated at 50,000 PSI tensile strength with zero whip. Three lengths fit different spaces: 56.4 in (143.3 cm) at 12.3 lb (5.58 kg), 72 in (182.9 cm) at 15.4 lb (7 kg), and 84 in (213.4 cm) at 18.7 lb (8.5 kg) — all rated for 350 lb (158.8 kg).

The grip shaft is 1 in (2.5 cm) in diameter with 1.2 mm diamond knurling, single knurl marks, and no center knurl.
