About this product

The Power Plate pro5 (model 71-P5R-3900) is a commercial vibration platform with a 25–50 Hz frequency range adjustable in 1 Hz increments and presets at 30, 35, 40 and 50 Hz. Amplitude switches between Low and High, and the timer offers 30, 45 and 60-second presets with sessions up to 9 minutes.

The platform surface measures 33 × 33 in (84 × 84 cm); the machine measures 34 × 42 × 61 in and is controlled from an interactive display. Nominal power draw is .35 kW in operation. Finish is silver. Certifications: CE and EMC (TUV certified), RoHS/WEEE compliant, IFI accredited. Recommended for ages 16 and over.
