Questions buyers ask

What electrical service does this sauna require?

The Harvia 6 kW stove requires a 240V / 30AMP circuit; lights, music, and controls run on a separate 120V / 15AMP circuit. Confirm both circuits with an electrician before assembly.

How hot does the Andermatt get?

The Harvia 6 kW traditional stove holds an ideal range of 170–185°F and reaches 194°F at maximum. Temperature, lighting, FM radio, and Bluetooth audio are managed from the touch screen control panel.

What are the dimensions and weight?

Exterior dimensions are 61 × 50 × 75 in; the interior measures 57 × 45 × 71 in. Total weight is 400 lb (181.4 kg).

How long does delivery take?

Ships by LTL freight within 1 business day; transit is 2–5 days. The unit weighs 400 lb (181.4 kg), so arrange help moving panels indoors before assembly.

Can I assemble it myself?

Yes — plan on 2 people and about 2 hours. No installation service is offered on this model, so have the 240V / 30AMP circuit ready before setup.

What warranty does it come with?

The product carries a 5-year warranty and the wood structure a 1-year warranty. Full terms and registration are in the Golden Designs warranty and warranty registration documents.
