Great Golf Watch, Needs App Download for Accuracy

Great watch so far. There was a slight yardage short, but i found that i needed to download the course. I cant wait to see if that helped. I didnt golf when i tried it, i happened to drive by a course and decided to walk uo to a hole, and like i mentioned, i hadnt downloaded the app. Once i dove deep into the watch later while at home, thats when i discovered that i needed to download the app, even tho the watch found the course that i was at

Garmin S70 42mm: Smaller than Expected

I'm an idiot! I hate the type of review that I'm about to write here, but it may help others out, so here it goes anyway.
I ordered the wrong thing / didn't pay attention to the details.
Here's what you should know so you don't do the same...
the White 42mm is small. It's a women's watch and has pink trim. I have another 42mm Garmin watch and the size is perfect on my wrist, the S70 in 42mm is noticeably smaller. I did not notice the pink detail around the buttons and bezel in the photos.
Even though I have fairly small wrists, the 47mm is probably the better choice.

Garmin S70 Golf Watch: Disappointing Short-Game Accuracy

I've had this watch for several months now and have played about 20 rounds with it. From the tee to the approach it works really well, detecting your swings and prompting you for the club used. However, when you get close to the green then it does a poor job of detecting chip shots (meaning you have to add them in manually), and worse, once it thinks you're on the green you can't go back to off-the-green. So tracking your chips and putts becomes problematic. I realize there's an issue with GPS accuracy at short distances like around the green but Garmin's approach with the S70 seems to be the worst possible. People on the Garmin user site have made lots of suggestions on how to make it better but Garmin doesn't seem to be listening.
Several people have asked how I like this watch and I have to tell them I just can't recommend it right now.
