The Barbell Standard 1000 Compact (OBB-0011) is a compact multi-purpose Olympic-tuned barbell rated for everything from general strength training to explosive Olympic lifts. Its 33 lb (15 kg) weight and 79.1 in (200.9 cm) length make it lighter and shorter than a full-size bar, so it maneuvers and stores easily in tight spaces.

The 188,000 PSI tensile steel shaft is finished in corrosion-resistant bright zinc, as are the sleeves. Integrated needle bearings handle sleeve rotation, the whip is balanced for dynamic, Olympic-style movements, and dual IPF and IWF knurl marks provide two grip reference points with no center knurl. Collars are included, and a 15-year warranty covers defects.
