Transformative Sauna Experience with Unmatched Customer Service

Reliable Initially, Excellent Service After Issue

Very easy set up and use . Worked very well for about a year and I loved it. Then the connection cord melted at the control box and almost started a fire. Company contacted me to update that this issue was fixed and now has lifetime warranty. Great customer service!

Outstanding Sauna & Customer Service Experience

Owned this sauna for almost a year and it’s beyond amazing!
I used to use a traditional infrared sauna and I like this one for the following reasons:
Heats up faster
In a normal sauna the heat rises so the face gets overheated, but in this one your head pokes out
The heat is more evenly distributed
I sweat way more than with an IR sauna
I start to sweat faster than with an IR sauna
The sauna heats up way faster than other saunas

Beyond that the customer service is beyond amazing, the best I have ever experienced. One of the heating units began having problems. Messages the company and within two hours they had shipped me a replacement free of charge!
