The XM-9153 combines a full power rack with dual 220 lb (99.8 kg) weight stacks — 440 lb (199.6 kg) total. The lat pulldown runs at a 1:1 pulley ratio, the low row at 2:1, with cable travel of 103 in (261.6 cm) and 51.5 in (130.8 cm). Pulleys are premium aluminum; the frame is 3 × 3 in, 11-gauge steel with a matte black baked-on powder-coat finish.

J-cups, flip-down safeties, and front foot extensions are included. Assembled, the unit measures 91 × 55 × 101 in and weighs 1,345 lb (610.1 kg). It ships by LTL freight within 1 business day. The mainframe carries a lifetime warranty; wearables are covered for 2 years.
