Do you offer a money‑back guarantee?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. We charge no restocking fees. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless otherwise authorized in writing). Made-to-order, custom, non-returnable items, and custom quotes/purchase orders generally cannot be canceled after 24 hours from purchase.

Do you provide inside delivery or assembly?

Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. Room-of-choice delivery, white-glove setup, and packaging haul-away can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability and location. Ask us at checkout or before your shipment reaches the local terminal.

Do you give discounts on bulk or commercial orders?
