The Medical Traditional 7 is a traditional indoor sauna sized for up to three people, built from Canadian Hemlock with a tempered glass door and clasp-together assembly. A 4,500 W heater is controlled from a touch LED panel inside the cabin, and the package includes a sauna bucket and ladle, an interior backrest, reading and overhead lighting, and a built-in speaker system with AUX/MP3, radio, and CD player.

Power is 220–250 V at 30 Amps through a NEMA L6-30 plug. At 460 lb (208.7 kg), the sauna ships by LTL freight with a 1-day lead time and 5–10 day transit window. The product warranty runs 3 years.
