The Medical Traditional 5 (model MED5TRA) is a 1-person traditional indoor sauna built from Canadian Hemlock with a tempered glass door. Its Rapid Internal Heating System™ runs at 4500 W on a 220–250 V / 30 Amp circuit with a NEMA L6-30 plug.

A Simple Touch interior LED control panel sits inside, and an inbuilt speaker system with AUX/MP3 player provides audio. The cabin measures 53 in wide × 78 in tall and weighs 430 lb (195.0 kg). It ships by LTL freight and is recommended for ages 16+.
