As soon as your label prints, you’ll get a “Shipment on the way” email with tracking and a Bill of Lading (for freight). Follow the link to watch each scan in real time.

- Small packages: arrive at your door with no signature required.
- Freight: the local terminal calls to book a curbside appointment. Be present to sign, inspect, and note any damage before the driver leaves.
