Does the Xtreme Dual Contrast System need special electrical?

Two options: plug each side into its own 115 V outlet (separate plugs for hot and cold), or run the system on a combined 220 V / 15 A, 60 Hz circuit.

Can the Coldture Xtreme stay outside permanently?

Yes. The cabinetry is weather-ready and engineered for permanent outdoor installation, and the unit is specified for residential and light-commercial outdoor use.

How cold does the water get?

The 1.5 HP continuous-flow chiller cools the cold side, and temperature is adjustable in the Smart Life app. Contact us and we'll confirm the minimum temperature before you order.

What filtration does it use?

A centralized shared filtration system serves the hot and cold sides, with an easy-access filter housing and a replaceable paper-core cartridge.

How does it ship and how heavy is it?

It ships by LTL freight with a 1-day lead time and 5–10 days in transit. Dry weight is 750 lb, so confirm the delivery path and final placement before ordering.

    • Freight: the local terminal calls to book a curbside appointment. Be present to sign, inspect, and note any damage before the driver leaves.

  • 3. Inspection, Support & Setup

    Inspect every shipment before you sign for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If anything is missing or damaged, email photos and your order number to help@myfitnessoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with the carrier and manufacturer on a replacement, repair or refund.
