Warranty Details
Tru Grit Fitness will warranty all products from defect in material, workmanship, or functionality. The warranty applies only to the original product purchased and is non-transferable. Please note that our warranty does not apply to product or barbell service and maintenance. We recommend you properly service and maintain your product for lifelong product longevity.
Please note that warranty will not cover any product that has been damaged due to faulty or negligent use by the consumer. Tru Grit Fitness considers negligent or abusive misuse to include dropping product onto hard surfaces such as cement, dropping 10LB plates from overhead, dropping dumbbells from overhead, or negligent storage of product in poor weather situations. Tru Grit Fitness will stand the test of time with proper care and use.
Tru Grit Return Policy
- You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must include the original packaging.
- Sale items are excluded from the return policy.
- This return policy and warranty do not apply to 3rd party sellers. Please contact the seller for a refund or return.
- Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Download and complete the Tru Grit return authorization form.
- Email your return authorization form to support@trugrit-fitness.com to receive an RMA number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, place it on the item box before shipping.
Return Exceptions
- All final sale items cannot be returned.
- Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.
- Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.
- All apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag.
Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.
Return Process Exceptions
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
- Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 days processing time for your refund.
- Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Tru Grit Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.
- Once it has entered “Fulfilled,” the order may not be cancelled.
- You can track the process of your order by viewing the status email sent after making the purchase.
- The entire order must be cancelled; you cannot cancel specific items.
- If you still want certain items in the cancelled order, you will need to purchase the items again in a new order.
To cancel an order, please submit an inquiry with the order number in the subject of the email to support@trugrit-fitness.com.
If your order is eligible to be cancelled, Tru Grit will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been cancelled and your refund has been initiated.
If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
