12-Month Limited Warranty

Coverage

This warranty protects your cold-plunge investment for one year and is designed to keep your tub fully operational through prompt repair or replacement of covered components.

Residential and Commercial Use

  • Residential Use Only: Warranty is void if a residential tub is placed in a commercial facility.
  • Commercial Use: Coverage applies only when the commercial product option is purchased.

Standard Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 12 months from date of tub delivery.
  • Covered Components: Mechanical, plumbing, and structural parts (ancillary, non-core accessories may be excluded).
  • Defects Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Extended Warranty Options

  • Coverage Periods: Add 1 or 2 years (total = 2 or 3 years).
  • Terms: Same coverage & limitations as the standard warranty.
  • Eligibility: Must be purchased with the tub or within the original warranty period.

Original Purchaser Only

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  3. LTL delivery receipt
  4. Item purchased
  5. Photos of the tub
  6. Video & description of the issue

Warranty Service Process

  • Most issues resolved via email/phone.
  • Parts & shipping covered by ReGen.
  • On-site labor: up to $50 /hr (max 3 hrs) with prior approval; reimbursed to original payment method.

After Warranty Expiration

ReGen provides reasonable phone/video support; customer pays all costs.

Replacement and Repair Decisions

ReGen determines whether to repair or replace parts; coverage lasts for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Replacement Tub

If on-site repair isn’t possible, ReGen may provide a replacement tub or arrange factory repairs; customer pays any removal costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Poor maintenance, water chemistry neglect, freezing, power outages, low flow.
  • Misuse, alteration, improper installation, accidents, acts of God.
  • After-market parts or modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage, weather, freight damage without proper documentation.
  • Filters, O-rings, LED bulbs, non-core accessories, insulated cover.
  • Unauthorized repairs.
  • Residential models in commercial settings.
  • Units sold or operated outside the USA.

Liability Limitation

ReGen’s liability is limited to the original purchase price. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty grants specific legal rights; other rights may vary by state.

Extended Warranty When Purchased Through My Fitness Outlet LLC

When you buy any ReGen Total Wellness product from My Fitness Outlet LLC, your warranty coverage is automatically registered and extended with the manufacturer. This means :

  • Seamless Claim Processing: My Fitness Outlet submits and tracks all warranty claims directly with Best Fitness on your behalf.
  • No Extra Fees: The warranty terms above apply without additional cost; coverage is honored exactly as if the item were purchased directly from the manufacturer.
  • Priority Support: Our team coordinates part replacements, repairs, and logistics so you spend less time waiting and more time training.

Because My Fitness Outlet is an authorized distributor, all manufacturer benefits—including parts availability and technical support—remain fully intact and are often expedited.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact My Fitness Outlet LLC first.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions if a return is required.
  4. You must pre-pay freight and insure the shipment; My Fitness Outlet cannot accept freight-collect packages.

Note: Any alteration, forgery, or absence of proof-of-purchase will void this warranty.
