30-Day Replacement Policy
If you experience any mechanical or quality issue with your NIMBL XLR8 or NIMBL XPRS percussion massage gun within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the unit. Simply return the product and a new one will be shipped to you.

Exclusions
- Damage from drops, accidents, misuse, abuse, or mishandling
- Improper use contrary to instructions
- Liquid exposure, lotions, or extreme temperatures
- Unauthorized repair
- Theft
- No proof of purchase or purchase from an unauthorized reseller

Return Policy (30 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your NIMBL purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- Email hello@joinnimbl.com and include your NIMBL order number.
- Re-pack all items in the original box (cords, chargers, bags, attachments, accessories, documentation).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

- If accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Perishables, custom or personalized items, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the unwanted item — once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or credit-card company.

When you buy any NIMBL product from My Fitness Outlet LLC, your warranty coverage is automatically registered and extended with the manufacturer. This means :
- Seamless Claim Processing: My Fitness Outlet submits and tracks all warranty claims directly with Best Fitness on your behalf.
- No Extra Fees: The warranty terms above apply without additional cost; coverage is honored exactly as if the item were purchased directly from the manufacturer.
- Priority Support: Our team coordinates part replacements, repairs, and logistics so you spend less time waiting and more time training.
Because My Fitness Outlet is an authorized distributor, all manufacturer benefits — including parts availability and technical support — remain fully intact and are often expedited.

- Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions if a return is required.
- You must pre-pay freight and insure the shipment; My Fitness Outlet cannot accept freight-collect packages.
Note: Any alteration, forgery, or absence of proof-of-purchase will void this warranty.
