Our Products Warranty

If you have any problem with the product you bought from freebeat, please contact us at customerservice@freebeatfit.com and provide your order number. Our after-sales team will immediately provide assistance to help you solve the problem!

Warranty:
STOCHASTIC TECHNOLOGY LLC. (“freebeat™”) extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of our products. Any other use of our products shall void this Limited Warranty. During the applicable Limited Warranty periods described below, the covered components of products will be free of defects or malfunctions during normal use. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of products only, for the time period indicated. The Limited Warranty applies only against defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period and only so long as our products remain in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for a gifted freebeat™ bike, the owner of the original membership attached to our products.

Exercise Bike

  • HD TOUCHSCREEN: 12 MONTHS – freebeat™ warrants the touchscreen against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.
  • FRAME: 10 YEARS – freebeat™ warrants the frame (excluding any moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten years from the date of original delivery.
  • BIKE COMPONENTS: 24 MONTHS – freebeat™ warrants the components and all original parts of the freebeat™ bike against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of original delivery.

Warranty Region

Only applicable to the bike purchases from freebeatfit.com. Bikes purchased outside the freebeat official website shall contact their original dealer for after-sale service. All freebeat bike owners are entitled to contact the freebeat CS Team for troubleshooting service throughout the lifetime of bikes.

For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Warranty parts could be shipped within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Customers from other countries seeking assistance with warranty parts are advised to contact the freebeat CS Team for help.

Warranty Start

freebeat warrants the Products for a limited time from the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with freebeat’s published guidelines. The warranty varies depending on the specific component or part.

2-in-1 eBike

  • Structure – 5 yrs: Frame, rigid fork
  • Functional parts – 2 yrs: Brakes, gear shifter, derailleur, freewheeler, motor, battery, display, PCM controller, charger, bike stand/rack, throttle, wiring harness
    Battery – up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first (designed to retain up to 75 % of original capacity).
    Display – damages due to improper use and operation not included.
  • Accessories – 1 yr
  • Other Essential – 1 yr: Handlebars, alarm speaker, speed sensor, belt, brakes, kickstand, grips, bell, foot pedals, upper & lower tube covers (plastic), rubber tube, all other components of the product, including electronic components.

Ownership & Duration of Coverage

  • First Owner: Conditioned & limited 2 yrs
  • Subsequent Owner: Not covered by warranty but can contact CS Team for assistance.

Limitations

Parts that are not covered – 2 yrs

  • Paints and graphics
  • Suspension forks and components for suspension
  • Third-party components (drivetrain, brakes, suspension components)
  • Neglecting maintenance or service at appropriate intervals
  • Brake pads, chains, cables, bearings, spokes, handlebar grips, gears, rubber moving parts, tools, sprockets, stripped threads/bolts
  • Improper assembly, operation, maintenance
  • Improper alteration or installation of non-compatible components
  • Corrosion
  • Battery damage from power surges, improper charger, improper maintenance or misuse, normal wear or water damage

For the avoidance of doubt, freebeat will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

Extended Warranty When Purchased Through My Fitness Outlet LLC

When you buy any freebeat product from My Fitness Outlet LLC, your warranty coverage is automatically registered and extended with the manufacturer. This means :

  • Seamless Claim Processing: My Fitness Outlet submits and tracks all warranty claims directly with Best Fitness on your behalf.
  • No Extra Fees: The warranty terms above apply without additional cost; coverage is honored exactly as if the item were purchased directly from the manufacturer.
  • Priority Support: Our team coordinates part replacements, repairs, and logistics so you spend less time waiting and more time training.

Because My Fitness Outlet is an authorized distributor, all manufacturer benefits—including parts availability and technical support—remain fully intact and are often expedited.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact My Fitness Outlet LLC first.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions if a return is required.
  4. You must pre-pay freight and insure the shipment; My Fitness Outlet cannot accept freight-collect packages.

Note: Any alteration, forgery, or absence of proof-of-purchase will void this warranty.
