It is important to note, Eu4ric Wellness as a company does not offer a warranty. We simply file a claim to the manufacturing company and assist in getting the accessory or item replaced. Once an order has been shipped from our facility and is in the possession of the freight or shipping agency, the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer. Because My Fitness Outlet is an authorized distributor, all manufacturer benefits—including parts availability and technical support—remain fully intact and are often expedited.
