Warranty Information

Cold Plunge Chiller Warranty

DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY warrants that the Cold Plunge Tub, purchased from an authorized agent and in its undamaged original packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY or its agent will, at their discretion, repair or replace parts that become defective within the warranty period, subject to the specific conditions below.

General Exclusions

  • Temperature Limitation: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by using the Chiller in freezing temperatures at or below 32o Fahrenheit.
  • Water Chemistry Maintenance: This warranty does not cover any damage or corrosion caused by not maintaining proper water chemistry or failing to regularly change out water.
  • Visible Damage upon Delivery: This warranty does not cover any damage to or loss of goods during transport of any kind.
  • Regular Maintenance: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglecting to perform proper maintenance on the Chiller and its components.
  • Labor: This warranty does not cover any labor cost associated with a warranty claim.
  • Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

General Conditions

  • Original proof of purchase must be correctly registered with DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY or one of its appointed distributors.
  • DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY reserves the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty.
  • Warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
  • The product must be returned to your place of purchase in original packaging with transportation, insurance and associated charges paid for by you and risk of loss or damage assumed by you.
  • DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY makes no other warranties except as stated here and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty. Neither DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY nor its associates shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Manufacturer's warranty automatically commences upon sale of the product to end user and expires upon 1 year (12 months) from the original sale date.

Polycarbonate Insert – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Dynamic Cold Therapy will repair or replace the polycarbonate insert should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of the original purchase.

Wooden Shell & Trim – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Dynamic Cold Therapy will repair or replace the wooden shell or trim should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of the original purchase.

All Other Components – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Dynamic Cold Therapy will repair or replace any component should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of the original purchase.

General Exclusions

  • Damage to the finish of any part of the tub
  • Fading or discoloration from UV exposure
  • Damage from storage in below freezing temperatures
  • Damage due to neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly or use of the tub
  • Damage due to corrosion or discoloration from lack of water maintenance
  • Any charges for freight or customs clearance associated with the return or dispatch of parts
  • Any damage to or loss of goods during transport of any kind
  • Any labor cost associated with a warranty claim

When you buy any Dynamic Cold Therapy product from My Fitness Outlet LLC, your warranty coverage is automatically registered and extended with the manufacturer. This means :

  • Seamless Claim Processing: My Fitness Outlet submits and tracks all warranty claims directly with Best Fitness on your behalf.
  • No Extra Fees: The warranty terms above apply without additional cost; coverage is honored exactly as if the item were purchased directly from the manufacturer.
  • Priority Support: Our team coordinates part replacements, repairs, and logistics so you spend less time waiting and more time training.

Because My Fitness Outlet is an authorized distributor, all manufacturer benefits—including parts availability and technical support—remain fully intact and are often expedited.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact My Fitness Outlet LLC first.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions if a return is required.
  4. You must pre-pay freight and insure the shipment; My Fitness Outlet cannot accept freight-collect packages.

Note: Any alteration, forgery, or absence of proof-of-purchase will void this warranty.
